Digital Distribution 

Selected titles may be distributed through SVOD, AVOD, TVOD, FAST, rental, purchase, and other digital distribution models, depending on the project and applicable rights.

Independent Shared Revenue Program (ISRP) 

Cinesomnia generally offers a 70/30 revenue-share model, with 70% of applicable Net Revenue allocated to the content owner and 30% retained by GM Films.

SVOD Revenue Sharing 

For subscription titles, the content owner's share is calculated through Cinesomnia's applicable SVOD revenue pool and title-level performance methodology. This means a title participates in subscription revenue based on its qualified performance rather than being assigned an entire subscriber's payment.

Multiple Revenue Opportunities 

Depending on the rights granted and the applicable license agreement, titles may have opportunities to generate revenue through subscriptions, advertising, rentals, purchases, licensing, and other digital distribution channels.

Rights Ownership 

Content owners retain ownership of their underlying intellectual property. Cinesomnia receives only the distribution and licensing rights specifically granted under the applicable agreement.

Flexible Licensing 

Distribution may be structured as non-exclusive or exclusive, with terms, territory, duration, platforms, and monetization methods determined by the individual agreement.

Transparent Accounting 

Revenue is calculated according to the applicable license terms, with reporting and payments provided in accordance with the agreed accounting schedule.

Promotion & Discovery 

Selected titles may receive placement and promotional support across Cinesomnia's platform, editorial channels, social media, trailers, artwork, and other marketing opportunities, subject to Cinesomnia's programming and promotional decisions.

Creator-Friendly Economics 

The model is designed to give independent creators and rights holders a direct participation in the revenue generated by their content while allowing Cinesomnia to operate and grow the technology, distribution, marketing, and business infrastructure behind the platform.

No Guaranteed Revenue 

Revenue share is performance-based. Cinesomnia does not guarantee a minimum number of subscribers, viewers, viewing minutes, rentals, purchases, advertising revenue, or minimum payment unless specifically agreed to in writing.
